Richmond Public Schools has partnered with HandsOn RVA to hold a “beautification week” August 18-25. Members of the public can help get the schools ready for the start of the school year with small projects like planting, painting, assembling, and cleaning. Ginter Park Elementary’s day is August 22 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM, but there are opportunities every day that week at various schools.
