On Saturday, March 27, everyone is invited to swing by the parking lot at Chamberlayne Heights UMC (6100 Chamberlayne Rd) to pick up a palm frond to wave during the processional music of Sunday’s Zoom worship service.
We will be handing out palms and enjoying the spring weather from 10am to 11am. Please wear a mask and remember to social distance. Swing in briefly to say hi or plan to stay and visit for the hour. We’d love to see you!
At the end of the time, we’ll take inventory of who from the congregation was unable to come by and ask for volunteers to deliver palms to those families.
